Yoga Flow & Drum Meditation is a cleansing and revitalizing Yoga Flow class to open the energy centers (Chakras) and balance energetic flow throughout the body, followed by a Drum Healing Meditation in extended Savasana, to promote healing, clarity of the mind, reset and invigorate the nervous system, and restore balance.

Reset mind and body with this earthy, open hearted, and illumined practice that fuels the soul!

Reclaim your power within. Self-empowerment means that you take charge of your own life. This meditation class opens you to the recognition that within each of us, is the ability to live from our natural being state. Being at peace, with the ability to transform your life from stressful to stress-free, and happy. I will teach you how to recognize and expand inner awareness and personal power, and to let go of the past so that you are living in the present moment or the “now”.

Yoga Mats, bolsters, and blankets are available for your use.

In this class we investigate the power of both contemporary and ancient practices of Meditation, BreathWork, and Mudras (hand/body) for relaxation, clarity of mind, heightened perception / awareness, balancing internal energies, and opening our spiritual centers – the Chakras.
No prior experience needed to attend this class.

Single Class: $14

Vox Angelus (Phyllis Douglass, CMT, CPT) (Yoga Alliance RYT 200) began studying yoga to maintain the strength, and fluidity throughout her body she’d acquired as a professional dancer and student of the martial arts. Her yoga classes focus on awareness of breath, inner connection, earthing, and conscious intention to promote ease and stability, while assisting students to find and maintain a peaceful mind and body experience. In addition Vox is a John F.
