How Does a Session or Treatment Work?

A session or treatment is received lying down on a table with shoes removed, but otherwise fully clothed. It is important that you wear comfortable clothing. For Sound Healing sessions, do not wear clothing with buttons or zippers, as they will interfere with placement of the singing bowls.

When doing energy healing techniques, I may place my hands near or lightly on your body, letting them rest for a few minutes in a series of different positions. If you have a specific injury or area of concern, I may spend more time focusing on that area.

While it may seem incredibly simple, Energy Healing techniques and vibrational Sound Healing are powerful tools, and people usually let go of any initial skepticism after their first session. The results can be profound. During a session most clients will feel a deep sense of relaxation, and may also feel pulsing, tingling, or a warm sensation and sense of comfort. It is also possible that you may feel the release of emotions or other sensations, such as detoxifying symptoms or muscle twitches, during or after a session. Most recipients report having a sense of calm and well-being.

How Will I Feel Afterwards?

Immediately following your session, you will be asked to take some time to enjoy the deep state of relaxation and to slowly come back into full awareness. Please drink plenty of water after your session to help flush out your system. You may have to go to the bathroom more frequently, and feel the need for more rest.

Clients should be observant and notice their thoughts, behavior, reactions, feelings, energy levels immediately following, and for the next few days after their session. Many clients with chronic conditions notice an immediate reduction in pain and symptoms.

How Many Sessions Will I Need?

You may only need one session, but each individual is unique. In some cases, a series of 3 or more sessions is recommended. Clients are expected to take an active part in their healing process. Healing takes physical, emotional, and spiritual commitment.

Many clients who lead stressful lives, book regular appointments to allow their body to be in the deep state of relaxation that they normally do not or cannot experience on their own. Each session is individual and based on your personal needs.

Vibrational Sound Healing Therapy with Himalayan Bowls (1 hour) $90

Sound Bath with Quartz Crystal Singing Bowls (30 minutes) $50

Integrative Energy Healing (1 hour) $70
Each chakra (energy center) corresponds to an area of the body, certain behavioral characteristics and a stage of spiritual growth. This is an energetic shifting, clearance and balancing of the 6 Major Chakras (3rd Eye, Throat, Heart, Solar Plexus, Sacral, Root) which pump pranic energy, our life-sustaining force and vital energy, in and out of the physical body. This process prepares or allows the physical and spiritual bodies to transform or heal on all levels through focused intention.

Reconnective Healing Treatments (1 hour) $90
The world is an interaction of energy vibrating at different rates, and Reconnective Healing as an attunement process, which tunes you into it's broad spectrum of frequencies to allow healing to take place. Everyone’s experience is different based on our unique vibratory signatures. Highly palpable energies are initiated at the start of your session and continue working with you long after your visit has ended. Through your participation in these sessions, you will be forever changed; operating at and attuned to a higher frequency than ever before.

The Reconnection (Completed in 2 sessions) $333
The Reconnection facilitates healing, allows light and information to travel through us on all levels of our being, and enables the acceleration of our healing and evolution. The Reconnection aligns us with frequencies, which activate expanded awareness and ancient knowledge of universal truth locked inside our DNA. Originally the meridian lines on our bodies were connected to the grid lines that encircle the planet. These grid lines were designed to continue out, and connect us to a vastly larger grid, linking us into the entire universe. Over time we have become disconnected from these lines and have lost touch with the fullness of our connection to the Universe.
