About the Event
Mindful Yoga & Drum Healing is about moving the body, freeing the mind, and creating life flow! Classes integrate fluid and restorative yoga postures, subtle and dynamic movement sequences with a focus on incorporation of the breath, grounding and centering mechanisms, and functional movement. Class closes with an empowered meditation of drumming and vocals.
Bring a mat if you have one. Bolsters, blocks, and blankets are provided, as well as mats if you need one.
